  • Travelport Apollo GDS

    Travelport Global Distribution system (GDS) is our primary reservation vehicle.
    Apollo is a total access system which allows us to offer instant confirmations for airlines worldwide. Apollo's advanced technology puts all the necessary information at our fingertips. In addition, we augment Travelport's capabilities with other online systems to cross-reference pricing options.
    Travelport has strategic solutions, including industry leading e-Pricing™, to ensure travelers have the most advanced tools for shopping low fares; Travelport Rapid Reprice™, an automated ticket repricing product;  and Smartpoint an XML product that cuts the processing time of our transactions by up to 50% with intuitive features that will eliminate processing errors.

  • Optimal Shopper®

    With a few key strokes, the Optimal Shopper provides up to 50 alternate itineraries with lower fares. During the search process, Optimal Shopper® can search multiple itinerary combinations in a matter of seconds. After the reservation is made, Fare Checker searches for lower fares that may become available prior to departure.

  • ResQC

    ResQC has the ability to perform an unlimited number of quality control checks based on the client's defined travel policy parameters. Records with errors are noted and returned to the travel counselor for correction. ResQc checks for fundamental items to insure the logical continuity of the travel plans. More complicated checks involve detecting airfare rule violations and lowest fare verification.

  • Fare Checker

    Even after a flight is booked and issued, the Fare Checker will continue working to search for lower fares, up until the outbound day of departure.
    Passenger will be notified if the ticket is eligible for re-issue.

  • Seat Finder

    We continuously strive to get our clients the seats that they prefer (aisle, window, front, back, exit row, etc). If a preferred seat is not available at the time the reservation is made, Seat Finder will continuously search – 24 hours a day – until time of departure and secures the desired seat if it becomes available.

  • Globalware Accounting System

    Our integrated accounting and information management system provides us the ability to consolidate and analyze information quickly and efficiently. It also offers the flexibility to custom-design our own program applications, as well as add other software solutions to meet client's unique operational requirements. Analysis of your data allows Premiere the ability to negotiate the best possible contracts.

  • Online Booking Options

    The online booking tools we deploy at Premiere Travel will meet or exceed your needs. Travelers or their planners can book trips, check fares, track itineraries, and make reservations for flights, hotel and car in a fast and efficient manner.  Your organization can have a  customizable widget with your travel policy, restrictions and requirements complete with your logo, address and a dedicated phone number for your travellers. This is an ideal option for associations, non-profit organizations and  events and meeting companies.   • Infotriever

    Infotriever is an online communication service that automatically delivers and updates travel itineraries into electronic calendars.
    With a simple button click from your website, customers can download complete airline flight itineraries, get hotel confirmations with room details and directions, get car confirmations with type, time and pick up details and get relevant customer service contact information. Updates can also be delivered and accessed to the clients' smartphones.

i-Bank

iBank Reporting delivers over 120 standard reports and a virtually unlimited number of user defined reports upon demand or on a scheduled broadcast basis. With iBank reporting your can focus on Spend Analysis, Supplier Management, Policy/Risk Management, Activity Management, Spend Management, Reconciliation Analysis. New feature is iBank’s Carbon Reporting. This new report provides access to CO2 emissions calculations based upon trip details. iBank reports can be customized to fit the particular requirements of our clients.
